"The hotel facilities are good and the location is great. Our breakfast experience was so bad we actually asked for a refund which was promised but hasn’t materialised. When we asked for the missing eggs, bacon, tomatoes, beans, a working coffee machine and a clean table we were told they were very busy putting glasses out. Oh, no bread either, when some finally arrived it was only white sliced bread."

"Great hotel. Lovely rooms with nice pool and access to bigger pool (and gym) at the other Hilton next door. Really nice breakfast and super helpful staff. 15 minute walk (but very easy) to Waterfront."

"The hotel is in a great central location, making it easy to explore the city. Unfortunately, the nearby bars played loud music until around 4am, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room was also noticeably dusty in a few places."

"The hotel is a construction site and there was no prior notice of this before checking in. No pool to use and we had to navigate around tradies painting the exterior walls, the roof and pathways being high pressure washed and the sound of power tools from 7.15am. Not exactly the enjoyable stay we were expecting."
