On the ground floor there is a living room with a comfortable seating area and a fireplace. The Smart TV is completely integrated into the Internet, so that you can watch your films if you simply bring your account data for Netflix etc. with you. A DVD player with a selection of DVDs is also available for the cozy days in the house.
You can enjoy your own music with the stereo system anywhere in the house and in the garden.

In addition to the good equipment, you will find a Nespresso machine in the open kitchen so that you can enjoy all of the coffee specialties.
From the open kitchen and living room you have direct access to the south-facing terrace and the garden with its own beach chair, garden furniture and grill.
The property has a size of 560sqm and is separated from the neighboring properties by hedges.

On the ground floor you will also find the infrared sauna and the guest toilet.
Your children are also very welcome with us. The house is child-friendly with toys and board games, on request you can get a travel cot.

The two bedrooms are upstairs. These are each equipped with a box spring double bed. In a bedroom you will also be entertained by a television. The large bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bath to relax.

It is about 350m to the natural beach, which invites you to walk and swim and play.
Bathing on the beach is absolutely harmless due to the 3 sand banks in front.
