"Stayed 1 night here as I transit in Taipei, figured out that I would want a near airport type of hotel. Choice here as its near with half hourly shuttle bus running early morning. Everything was fine. Reception staff is exceptional and thoughtful. Room wise, I am surprised to still have the very old school hair dryer. Bathroom not fully enclosed is kinda weird but nevermind. Overall no major complain."

"The property maintained a classy look and is very comfortable. The pool located on the rooftop is magnificent and offers a great view of the Taipei 101 tower. One thing of note is they have stopped providing disposable goods such as cotton rounds/toothbrushes/cotton swabs so plan to bring your own."

"This is a very beautiful hotel. The rooms are nice and the staff is very helpful. We had a room on the 7th floor and the views were awesome especially at night. They have shuttles to the Yuanshan Metro. The breakfast buffet is delicious. They even shuttle you to the pool but you can easily walk there in 5 minutes. We highly recommend this hotel."
