Location is this hotel’s biggest advantage, just right across Taipei Main Station. However, the noise from the streets can get very annoying starting from very early in the morning (6am). It’s hard to get more sleep after the streets start to get busy especially if you still have jetlag. The staff were great and polite and the facilities were well maintained.

"I highly recommend this hotel! While the building itself is a little dated, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. But what makes this place truly special is the service, which easily rivals any 5-star hotel. A huge thank you to the staff for their incredible kindness, and a special thanks to the manager. His meticulous attention to detail and great management are clearly the secrets behind this hotel's success and the staff's dedication."

Hotel is NOT a five star. I'm not sure why it's rated as such. The hotel and room is very dated, it should be a 3 star at best. They also have a lot of weird rules like, to check out, you need to bring them both keys. I had purposely left my keys in the room for housekeeping and the front desk made me a new key and made me go get the two old keys. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time.

Perfect location. Polite and helpful staff. Good to have drinkable water offered in the corridor. But room is too dark. and there are only one washing machine and one dryer provided for the whole hotel guests which means you never have a chance to use it.

Convenient location. Mattresses are VERY firm just incase you are not a fan. Style does seem a little dated but didn’t really matter. It having access to underground restaurant hall via the elevator that then connects to train station across the street and then thus the undergrounds of the malls was super convenient…once you get your navigation down.
