  • Q Square mall-- not exactly a tourist destination (there are many malls in Taipei) but it's a nice mall located close to Taipei Main station (Metro/MRT) if you're looking to escape the heat. Huge food courts here too with lots of options (and obviously shopping). This mall also has a movie theatre, which shows mostly American movies (but cheaper). It's also about a 10-15 walk to the historic Dihua street, one of the oldest areas of the city which was once the main market area (still lots of interesting shops there that cater to the local...good photo opps too with some older buildings)

The location is great when flying in and out of TPE because of its close proximity to the airport MRT. The hotel meets the needs to access to a bed to sleep at night. The staff was very friendly. I believe I may have had the breakfast credit once applied of the 4 times I ate breakfast at the restaurant. I would stay there again solely for the location.

The owner was very helpful by not only pointing us where to buy rail tickets but walked us halfway to make sure we found it. The location is super convenient as the bus and train locations are very close and the night market is only a few minutes walk.

Quick 5 mins walk from exit 5 in Taipei Main Airport MRT stop. Card key access room was tiny without a window but very clean. Comfortable bed. Electric kettle, safe and hairdryer. Very clean bathroom; great water pressure with hot water. AC and heat

Cozy Stay with Attentive Service

Spacious but noisy

The size and the configuration of the room with the desk and a sofa and a coffee table were such a plus. We had ample room for luggage. The construction next-door woke us up at 7:45 AM despite it being a Saturday and a long holiday weekend. That really put a damper on the rest. The woman in the café next-door was so helpful with check-in and luggage storage. She was kind and friendly.

Everything fine with me. Decent size room with free water, Nescafé and breakfast vouchers. King-size bed comfy for one person. Bathroom new. Fridge. TV if you into that. Only thing missing was a bedside lamp and the AC had a bright temperature light/LED that I had to tape shut temporarily ;)

I love this place. We went there first time it was great. room was clean and so quiet. We got a chance to come back within in a month we still choose this place to stay over and it still great decision. We came pretty late like 6 or 7 pm they have the folder for us. Even though, they left it out but i feel safe cause to get to inside it required access code for door to open. They do speak English which A . When we checked out they ask us if we want we can leave the luggage inside and walk around since our flight a lot later. Best favor ever for us. we dont have to drag out huge luggage and feels safe there is a place to put it. Despite we can store it in metro taipei main station but sometime locker would be taken for big luggage. If i ever come back i would definably book this place again. So close to taipei main station and xinmending. highly recommended

The room is very clean and everything inside looks very new. Even though our 3rd floor quadruple room windows faced the main street, it was not noisy as there was not much traffic outside. We slept through the night comfortably. There is a safety box in the room which is rare for a budget hotel. There is a coin-operated washing machine and a dryer too for laundry. Hot, cold, warm water dispenser is just beside the washing machine. Good for water refiils. Subsidized breakfast (given NT70 discount coupon per pax) at MWD cafe besides the hotel. More on western style, food taste quite nice. Location is very good, close to MRT station, Ningxia Night Market, and there is Carrefour supermarket nearby too. Take note that the hotel does not provide any toiletries like toothbrush, comb, cotton bud, razor etc, except for shampoo and body wash.
