The staff are warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including reliable Wi-Fi and thoughtful amenities. They even provided disposable towels, toast, coffee, tea and a water dispenser. The location is perfect — central yet peaceful — making it easy to explore the city. Plenty of dining options surrounding the hotel. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is at a prime location. It's very near the main station and Airport MRT which I loved about it. It's also right next to a 24/7 Mcdonald's so it's great when you need a late night snack or can't find anything to eat after a long day. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Despite the average room and amenities, what I really appreciated was that they allowed me to check-in two hours early and I got to rest in my room before I went out.

They forgot to clean my room after the last guest left. There were dirty sheets in the room and leftover food in the room. The shower curtains have dirty brown stains all over it and haven't been changed in ages. The drain is filled with hair so it doesn't drain. Overall just disgusting in the halls too but the staff were nice and it’s in a convenient area.

The over all impression was better than i thought. The hotel room was quite new, small but perfect for a single traveller. Bathroom was new and clean. Front desk was very curteous. Front desk was only available from 7 am to 11 pm but that was not a problem for me. The main reason i chose it is because you can easily walk to the metro to the international airport and to the blue metro line to go east and the red metro line to go north

Average. Based on the balanced between location, prices. However, the bathroom small than the picture. And the Japanese style room bed is really bad which make my friend and I back pain after sleep.

Great location

Great location. No proper chair to rest in the room. Fixtures getting old and dirty. Very thin walls and you can hear the noise from next door. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a small common area with coffee and tea during the day. The gym is their luggage area with a very very old bike and treadmill. Both were unplugged so not sure if they work or not. Weekday rates are reasonable but weekday rates are a bit overpriced.

Property looks a bit old and dirty. Toilet bowl is very clean, but the shower floor looks a bit dirty. I can see certain corner of the room looks dusty. The floor looks like a tatami but it doesn't feel like a tatami. Its very hard like a wooden floor.

立地はとても良いです。 台北駅近くで、一階はマクドナルド、二階がスシローです。 タオルが全て紙なので、使いにくいです。 除湿機をフル稼働させても、洗濯物は乾かないくらいです。リネン類の交換は特別にお願いしないとやってもらえません。 隣との壁が薄いのか、テレビの音がうるかさかったです。
