Dos Dunes - Large duplex, 2 kitchens! Private gated gulf front community!

Dos Dunes is a six-bedroom, four and half-bath duplex with two kitchens. It is perfect for large groups giving you the opportunity to bring everyone together whiles also giving you multiple spaces to hang out during your beach vacation! The units are bright, well-lit, and have great views of the Gulf of Mexico. The gated community enjoys trees and sand dunes as a backdrop with direct access and views of white sandy beaches.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per dog applies.

This house was a great place to stay. It was in walking distance to the beach. We loved the house and we will be back in the future.

Rented both sides which gave us plenty of room for 11 plus 2 dogs East side needs better and more pots and pans West side had great pots and pans needed potholders West side could use some updating but was great for families with kids and dogs. View was Excellent Unfortunately it was cold and or rainy and our beach was closed due to sand repair. Neither of which could be controlled outside of mother nature. We had a good time and will be back.

The 2 sides was perfect for our big group but the house could use some cleaning and repair. The mold was a huge issue that caused allergy problems as well as the fact that the dryer on one side would not dry (reported with no repair even though think it was fire hazard). The internet and TV was out most of the week which impacted a few that needed to check in for work. the beach access permits were helpful as there is little beach to use by the house but the permit areas were nice.

While everything was “clean”…we found a roach in the extra bedding. There were stains on the carpets. There were no extra sheets or pillow cases for the pullout couches. The wallpaper on the walls were pealing off. Side B barely had any cooking utensils or serving ware. They also had slips over the couches that were never taken off. None of the sinks or tubs drained properly. Since we arrived with a large group of kids and dogs we were not worried about much of it because the kids don’t care. But don’t picture a dream beach house like I did before you get there.
