"Staff services are great! They’re all polite and approachable. Food is okay. The internet connection is disappointing. There’s a laundry shop outside (walking distance)-it’s cheaper. If you don’t want noise while sleeping maybe it’s good to request a room away from the street because the hotel is along the highway. We heard cars honking at night. We wanted to try the VIP KTV but they’re on renovations."

At no stage was I notified and had to find alternative accommodation. I now request my payment made to Expedia be refunded."
