Friendly and attentive service. Well-appointed, clean room. All spaces were well-maintained and tidy. Nice pool, though not heated(?). Nice gym; I only used the treadmill, but they had towels and water, and the interior temperature was reasonable. Nice breakfast buffet offerings, with delicious kakanin.

I recently stayed at Dusit D2 Davao and found it to be a pleasant experience. The hotel offers easy parking and is conveniently located, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. However, the dining staff could benefit from being more attentive to guests, particularly when it comes to food and water refills. Overall, it’s a solid option with room for improvement in service.

Check in wasn't great - assigned the wrong room with adjoining noisy neighbours. Was corrected but only after showing my booking and them blaming Expedia. Breakfast was good, but wasn't kept supplied. Staff did the basics but nobody went out of their way. Overall, it was fine but nothing special to make me stay again.

This is a good hotel located close to some good restaurants. How ever the check in process took a long time and we did not have access to our room for 2 hours past the alloted check in time wven though we were there sitting in the lobby since 9 am. terrinle experience. I will not be back.

Checked in around midnight due to a delayed flight. It was my first time at Dusit and I was impressed—the room was spacious, the bathroom was large and very clean. Staff were courteous and professional. Only minor issue: the receptionist didn’t mention where breakfast would be served, which would’ve been helpful in such a big hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay and I’d gladly return.
