- Brand new, 1 bedroom with loft, shop/house with beautiful views overlooking Lake Roosevelt. Shop/House has 1 bedroom (upstairs) and loft space (upstairs), with pull out sofa with memory foam mattress. One full bath, located on main floor, with sauna. Cozy home, giving the feel of the outdoors with the comforts of home. Home also includes dry sauna, covered front porch with propane BBQ and propane fire pit (propane fire pit will be removed during a fire ban). Home includes high speed internet, TVs with Dish Network and access to any TV subscriptions you may have. Pet Friendly. Access to 3 boat launches, all approximately 5 miles away, which include Hawk Creek, Seven Bays Marina, Fort Spokane. Fishing, boating, hunting, swimming/water sports are abundant! Or a perfect place for peace and quiet. (Please note that if you have mobility issues this may not be the house for you. All beds are upstairs, and the bathroom is downstairs)
