"The windows were dirty, and there was food left inside the refrigerator by a previous guest. Other than that, the destination chargers nearby in the alley next door were convenient for me, to charge my EV. Great stay for one night."

"I usually have a good stay with this hotel for years. This time was very dissapointed. I work most of the night working in saving street kids . Checked in at 1am. Went right to bed. Got up at 8am to shower and go to work again. Well the shower was maybe a drizzle and wouldn’t get hot, normally I would just figure it out but I worked 14 hours the day before and slept about 6-7 hours before another long day. I reported it to the front desk girl and she said well you can shower next door and illl have someone call you. I explained what I do and how long I had to do today. And basically got the cold shoulder. Now days later no call. No discount ect. Myself and the rest of our team will be moving hotels and not returning if this isn’t handled"
