"The hotel was immaculate and the staff was so wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms was clean and housekeeping always made sure we had clean towels and other amenities. Loved the proximity to Broadway. "

"Great location. Walking distance to Broadway and several museums and great food options. Wasn’t thrilled to be the room next to the housekeeping’s area or where they thought it was ok to open and close the same door(s) over and over, with no regard for the rooms in the immediate area. The have full blast conversations like they were at a nightclub and needed to be as loud as they were. At first I thought it might be a bachelorette party but no it was the housekeeping crew. Other than that it was fine. "
