"When we arrived, it was late, almost midnight. At the check-in desk with a family of 4, and after 2 flights, we were told that they didn't have the room we booked; a double queen room for 2 adults and 2 kids. We had booked 5 days before our arrival, so not a last minute booking. The staff knew about the situation in advance as they had a solution, but did not notify us, which took away any opportunity we may have had to find other arrangements. Instead, the staff rectified the situation by splitting us up into 2 rooms, each with 1 king bed as the only sleeping option. These rooms were 4 floors apart and would still require us to move into the room we should have had, the next day, cutting into the plans we already had for events in the city with our kids. Needless to say we were not happy at all. Additionally, on the day we were leaving, we had a knock on the door about 9am while getting ready in the shower, and when we did not respond, the hotel cleaner who had been outside our room, let herself in while our family was waking up; the privacy sign had been on the door, so we were taken back when this occured long before checkout time. The hotel did allow us a late checkout to assist with our flight times, a small concession for the errors they made. For this, I will give a very generous 4 starts. The hotel was nice, clean and decently staffed and well decorated with good city views from most rooms. We did not eat there although there is a restaurant that opens at 11am."

"Great hotel. It was within walking distance for all things in Downtown Nashville. Close to the stadium. Great amenities including breakfast, happy hour, flavored water and coffee at all times of day. The property was very secure needing key access to any of the floors and alternative entryways. The staff was very friendly. Food was good. Room was super clean. Would recommend and return."

"Nice stay. Kitchen area and seating area were very nice to have. Bedroom was had what you needed and bedding was good. Bathroom was large and simple. Water pressure was a little lacking in the shower, but it got hot like you want, so no big deal. Comfy place to stay!"

"This was a very clean hotel, and the management obviously took Pride in cleanliness and efficiency of getting the rooms cleaned. Breakfast was adequate- would’ve liked some more options to put in my omelette, but overall good. Within safe walking distance of some restaurants on music Row. Would stay again."

"Great stay- great location! Walked to Nissan stadium for a concert. Parking was pricey - but that’s unfortunately the usual for this area. Will definitely stay here again when we come back!"
