"first room had mold on the curtains and bed frame so we got moved to another room on the first floor with a sliding door to the parking garage which didn’t properly close or lock luckily the maintenance guy could come fix it "

"What a wonderful surprise! The room was clean and the size was perfect for us. We had plenty of space to move around without falling over our bags. We enjoyed the drinks( so delicious) and the food from the lounge. Wonderful options. Wish there were more servers cause we had to wait a while to be served. Overall great location and experience would recommend. "

"The bar was stocked but they would not serve. They made my husband go upstairs to the 9th floor which was a night club and had long lines. The front desk staff was amazing but the lady at the cafe area was extremely unfriendly. So much so, she saw us watching tv, turned it off. Other than that, it was a pleasant be cruise stay. "
