"Neighborhood appeared unsafe deteriorating, raggedy property around rental. Unit smelled musty I had to go to store & buy scented candles to tolerate the smell, dust was so thick i couldn’t breathe. Appliances were old, in ill repair coffee pot didn’t work. Bathrooms had mold in the showers. Unit was setup like an old adult foster care center. If I had any other option, I would have left ! You should visit these properties before you facilitate rentals. VERY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED."
