The room had no Internet connection which was not displayed prior to purchase. That cost me a lot of money purchasing my own data which made the cost of my stay much more than a normal accommodation would have cost. After speaking to the manager Kate, she tried to tell me that Internet was complimentary and that in two weeks that would be fixed....
