We stayed on the 14th floor of the Reef View, this floor has glass balcony rails, the other floors except the 5th have alloy bar type rails, it was great sitting on the balcony looking at the reef change as the tides changed, our room was spacious for 2, clean and modern.

Such a perfect time staying at Reef View! We got a room with an ocean view and it was such a stunning, post card view. The balconies are big with comfy chairs so we spent a lot of time out there. Convenient location near the beach and all the pools. Highly recommend!

Very happy with my choice of this hotel! The location is excellent — the beach is just a short walk away. The view from the balcony is stunning, especially at sunrise — simply magical. Property was close to beach and convenient. We were in a superior king room right to elevator so was constant noise. Kitchen was basic no plates ir bowles, cutlery nothing to open a bottle of wine ect.

Very clean, nice staff. Beware: There are many amenities that cost extra, ex. Gym, sauna , mini golf all costs extra to use, golf simulator was not working - we were looking forward to using it. Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. It’s convenient and walkable. Very few food options- especially for snacks, I would bring extra snacks and / or head to IGA the grocery store. The island activities close very early. All in all, great location to stay to get a ferry to the Great Barrier Reef.
