- Quaint + cozy, this small cottage is perfect to nestle into during your travels. It is tucked back off a quiet street in a family friendly neighborhood and well stocked with all your long-term stay needs.
We love to keep a clean home + enjoy the visible cleanliness offered with granite countertops, hard surfaced floors, and white linens. Wifi, Netflix, + Alexa and a handful of games are provided for your entertainment.
You'll have two very comfortable bedrooms with a Queen bed in one and a Full bed in the other.
You'll have access to the entire house with everything you need to cook, shower, and feel at home to include a washer and dryer in the basement.
The fenced backyard is accessed directly off of the attached garage or a short walk from the front door.
You will be centrally located to all Dayton has to offer from UD, WPAFB, Kettering Med Center, Carillon Park, The Greene, Fraze Pavillion, and so much more. There are a plethora of restaurants + markets + coffee shops + breweries right around the corner and in walking distance.
