Convenient location to the Dayton boat ramp about 10 minutes away. It was perfect for a fishing buddy vacation. Air conditioning worked well, kitchen was well equipped, and the charcoal grill worked well too. We enjoyed our stay.

This was our second time staying here while our daughter played in a volleyball tournament at The Bluff. It is such a nice little farmhouse with everything we needed. It's an extra bonus that it's so close to the camp.

We stayed at this property for a high school bass tournament. We had two truck and boat combos with us the parking was a little tight for two but doable. There was ample lighting and electrical hook ups to work on gear and charge the boat batteries. The owner was friendly and had lots of interesting stories. I would stay here again.

The property was nice. The original listing said washer and dryer and that was not true. There was not a hot tub, the shower had mold in it, and you could either have a cold shower or a hot shower but once you turn the cold water on the shower became cold. One of the coffee cups had rotten milk in it. Other than that it was nice if you like sleeping on the floor because that’s how hard the beds are.

After a long-term stay in Dayton hotels found this place to stay and what a welcome relief from hotel living. Only a short trip up the Ridge from Dayton and just off Hwy 30, but you would never know it. The cabin has been renovated from an old farmhouse keeping the old charm but adding modern amenities. Kitchen has all modern appliances and is pretty much fully equipped to prepare and serve most any meal. Living room is nice size with Dish satellite TV, fireplace, a/c, and gas heater. Also has dining room and 2 bedrooms. Bed and bath are fully stocked with fresh quality linens and plenty of extras. There is a washer/dryer stacked combo in the cabin, but this is not for use by guests. They hosts live nearby just up the hill and were very friendly and helpful but respect your privacy. Previous reviews have mentioned a large dog on site which they do have, however they are currently constructing a privacy fence to keep their pets contained so this should not be an issue in the future.
Next time in the area will look to see if the farmhouse is available and will book again.

Small house with a nice little cabin feel to it. Not too far from the main city, but not too close either. The scenery is nice as well being tucked into the mountains. A few of us hit our heads on the awning so if you're 6 foot or taller remember to duck! Overall a nice place to stay and great hosts who responded back to any questions in a timely manner.
