Spacious, Stylish and right in the middle of everything awesome.

  • Relax in this spacious, centrally located downtown Dayton home. You will enjoy short walks to several restaurants and bars. The home is perfect for your weekend getaway or business travel. Immerse yourself in this modern eclectic designed interior as you take in all of the best that Dayton has to offer.

    This Townhouse is perfectly located near popular wedding venues, the Schuster Performing Arts center and Victoria Theatre, the Historic Oregon District, comedy clubs, music venues and much more.

    The Litehouse block is well known for its row of colorful homes. The home is directly across the street from the Canal Street Deli, which offers arcade games, great food and good vibes. The Southern Belle is also across the street. There you can enjoy a cocktail and a round of pool on one of the four tables. There are several restaurants in walking distance. Some of our favorites are Jollity, Mudlick, and Sueno. If you want to have a really good cocktail swing by Tender Mercy, Century Bar or The Van Buren Room.

    The townhouse is also a short walk to Riverscape Metropark. There you can take nice walks along the water, where you might get to see some river surfing or go ice skating (depending on the season).

    Dayton airport is a short 16 min drive!
