"The shower didn’t work annd was broken. Even after I told the front desk nobody came to fix it. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana and cigarettes even though it said no smoking. People around me in adjacent rooms were arguing and screaming. I told the front desk clerk twice and nothing was done. My fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and I had to get up and tell the desk clerk and he had to come down the room and fix it. The breakfast Buffett was total mayhem with kids and adults both making messes everywhere and not cleaning up after themselves. Everyone was in hair bonnets, pajamas, and house shoes. This place is as Ghetto as it gets! Avoid at all cost."

"Our stay here was mediocre. The building and room appeared fairly run down but was liveable. All of the staff were very friendly. I loved that we were right on the ocean. There was ample parking and lots of stuff nearby for entertainment and shopping. We booked here because of the kitchenette, which was basically useless to us, there was nothing to cook or eat with. There was 3 plates, one tiny pot and barely any utensils - we ended up having to buy pots, pans, plates and utensils for our stay. The patio door in our room was ancient, extremely heavy and did not roll. My spouse had to open and close it for me and the kids because we couldn’t. The outside pool was not heated at all; it was freezing cold. In terms of cleanliness, the place isn’t that bad; the housekeepers definitely do a good job; however, it doesn’t appear as though regular deep cleaning or maintenance is done the rooms to ensure all the little things are kept up. "

"The reviews led me to book here, but I booked and didn't stay. The hotel had an elevator from the outside that was supposed to be for key holders only, but that activation wasn't working. Upon entry into our room, it was an adjoining room that wasn't locked and balcony didn't lock. We went back to the front desk and checked right back out. I would NOT recommend this hotel. "

"Room was clean BUT for 500 dollars per night you expected the rooms to be updated. The carpet had tons of dirt spots. Shower handle was missing parts. Trash cans didn’t have bags at all. Also customer service. The day with check in the guy that did our check in had the worst attitude. All because it was a lot of happening at once nd he doesn’t know how to handle pressure. I get that between phones ringing and people waiting in line it’s a bit much but it wasn’t our fault. Second if you can’t handle pressure CS isn’t for you. Restaurant food was awful. I don’t care to pay high price as long as food it’s good but the restaurant the food is very basic and didn’t taste good at all "
