Large flat screen TV with cable and streaming services. The unit is stocked with plenty of board games, books, AND a retro Nintendo for rain days. Kitchen includes an induction cooktop, air fryer, pans, dishes, utensils ect and a keurig coffee machine with sumptuous coffee, real cream and raw sugar so you can enjoy coffee on your balcony watching the waves before heading to the heated salt water pool right on the beach.
Private beach access as well as a fitness room and laundry facilities on site. Nice quiet area but very close to all of Daytona's activities. Convenience store located across the street and one of Daytonas best restaurants, especially for breakfast, Adam's Egg is located right on the property.
