"The hotel was nice but over a period of time it need some upgrades like: the bed was made of iron and every time you moved it squeezed, the bath tub was so high it was hard to get in. In which I ask for a disability room. The apartment needs to be paint and fix some of the cracks in the wall. It was clean and had a nice ocean view."

"People should be aware there is parking for perhaps 12 cars here. The city has apparently taken most spots and will Not allow parking after 5 pm!! The rooms are badly in need of upgrading. If not for the gentleman taking care at the front desk the stay could have been a disaster"

"Staff was awesome- super friendly and helpful from the valet to front desk to market cashier and patio bartender! Got upgraded to an ovean-front room with wraparound terrace, which was fab!! Room could use major upgrade. Carpet and couch were dingy and old (as in, we were careful not to sit on couch at all), but bed was pretty comfortable and sheets were clean and fragrance-free (bonus!) Felt like a 3-star resort, not 4. "

"Not much staffing but the ones I spoke to were polite and friendly. Our room bathroom was recently redone which was really nice. However, no soap or shampoo in the bottles. Our room floor was gross. Very dirty. One of our beds had a bunch of sunflower seeds under the covers when we got into bed. Yuck. The pool area is nice!"
