"The hotel was great and nice amenities, valet staff were very responsive and professional. Check in process was fast and smooth. Staff were very nice. The hotel overall was clean and smelled good. Our room could have been more clean. We wrote our name in the dust on the glass shelves in the bathroom when we checked in. After 4 nights it was still there. "

"First room AC didn't work and phone didn't work. Maintenance man was a little argumentative about the issues. We were moved to a lower disability room which was kind of akward but at least the AC worked."

"SLUMLORD. Rooms were thrown together horribly, 1/2 the lights didn’t work, the toilet was leaking onto the floor (in an upstairs suite) window in a bathroom that goes to a hallway that can be seen straight into and the window was unlocked when we arrived. I paid 35 dollars for extra parking and came home at 1am with nowhere to park and the vehicle that was already there was completely blocked in. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to an enemy"

"This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The property is currently under construction, and it made the stay extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable. The main entrance was barely usable, and parking was a nightmare. There are very limited spots, yet they still charge $15 for parking — even though the back lot is under construction and partially unusable (there’s even a massive hole that looks like a sinkhole). Amenities were also unavailable. The beach access from the hotel was completely closed off with no clear explanation, and the jacuzzi was not only closed but visibly disgusting and green. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very poor. The hallways had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the room itself did not feel clean. On top of that, the AC barely worked, making it uncomfortable to sleep, and the elevators felt unsafe and unreliable. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. Between the construction, lack of amenities, poor cleanliness, and additional fees, this hotel is not worth it at all. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else."

"Nice spacious room clean, the check in was not good no luggage carts, and one of the elevators does not work. It takes forever the one they do have operational is tiny. Only one couple with luggage can fit on the elevator at a time. Would prefer to have a coffee maker in the room like most hotels. With all that being said the rooms are nice, breakfast is good, coffee is above average. "

"Check in was a bit frustrating, we only stayed for one night and the desk lady had us use a tablet to fill out a form which took a while. I feel like there could be a better solution, never had to do that anywhere else. Seems useless and inconvenient, after a long day we just wanted to get inside. Although the apartment was clearly outdated, it was clean. We had a nice view. And they also offered us a day pass after checking out since we had a latter flight. We really appreciate that, spent that day by the pool. Pool area is clean and plenty of chairs, overall a pleasant experience. Also plenty of parking and did not have to pay for it, which was unusual for the area! "
