The property itself was great. But the room needs major updates. The restroom was really small & I hated how close the toilet was to the shower / bathtub. If it wasn’t for the amenities the hotel would suck.

Suite could use some updating, furniture is outdated and dirty, cabinet door was loose, dishwasher didn’t work. Water pressure is terrible. The outdoor pools were great just not enough chairs because people leave their belongings on them while they go to the beach or back to their rooms. The sales pitch you have to listen to in order to get your wrist band is ridiculous but other than that it’s a decent place.

Great accommodations and walkable for everything we needed. I didn't like getting talked into a 2 hour sales pitch and the promised free weekend we couldn't use because we couldn't book the time we wanted. But I will say the people were very courteous and nice. We did get a $75 American Express card that was easy to use.

i really recommend this hotel

Our 3 bedrooms was very confortable, with all the appliances what you really need. outside the pool and the lazy river was amazing.i really like it .

The hotel itself was nice. We were upset that the lazy river and the pool slide was down. There is quite a bit of construction going on near by - fortunately you couldn't hear it from the room. All in all it was a nice trip and a great hotel.
