Newly furnished with cooktop, microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Apartment includes linens, towels, 43" inch SmartTV includes 140+ channels and WiFi are included for your entertainment. Great food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. Centrally located on a quiet piece of sand in the Sea Dip Resort!

As advertised

Upgraded studio in an older hotel. Lists 6 with rollaway beds but it'd be a little tight if used. Pretty much as advertised, no frills but comfortable stay oceanfront. Cooktop could use a few instructions, and a few more towels and comfort items would be nice. Towels were still wet from laundry service upon arrival but were clean.

The shower was the best part

The room was, in my opinion, falsely advertised. You say it sleeps six, but “comfortably” would be a false statement. To use the extremely uncomfortable trundles, you could literally feel the metal rods through the mattress. No normal-sized adult could sleep with metal rods pushing into their back. The entire room needs to move around because you can’t pull them out without unplugging the lights and moving the nightstands.There was mold on the glass door curtains. Photos are attached.Check-in was not coordinated properly according to VRBOs policy, which caused a frustrating start to our stay.The best and only compliment I would give is the shower. It was unclean until we sanitized it ourselves, but the water pressure was very good, and the shower was accommodating for our stay.Lastly, my car was vandalized in the parking lot. Photos are attached. It was completely unacceptable.

The room was clean and amazing. The kitchen having dishes and some pans REALLY made our celebration easier! And we saved money cooking inside. The area was quiet, and the few neighbors were very polite. The outside pool and beach access was perfect! Definitely plan on returning. Thank you for making our Father’s Day and sons birthday trip worth it!

The stay was decent. Didn’t rain at all when the weather stated it would. When we went to lay in the beds you could tell they didn’t wash the sheets or even remove them to shake the sand off. There was sand in the bed and all over the floor of the room. There’s not a full size trashcan or bags anywhere so we had to use bags we got from Walmart and other stores. There was much room to unpack or anything. Other than the room not feeling clean it was a decent stay.
