Balcony work affecting this 2nd-floor unit is currently expected to be completed by the end of September 2026. The balcony will not be accessible while balcony work is underway. Pools, fitness center and laundry are CLOSED, with the pool currently expected to reopen March 2027 (subject to change). Rates are discounted for these conditions.
