"The basic things, like coffee and sugar,creamer were not replaced. I left a do not disturb sign on my door . I took care of it myself. "

"Water should stay one temp instead of scorching hot and then freezing cold. Wifi should also not turn on an off all day. Lots of rust as well. Might just need a new building"

"The hotel staff was not friendly, when I had a question or my room flooded when I showered they acted like I was bothering them. The property is out dated and doesn’t look anything like the pictures posted. The pool needs to be cleaned and there was not a fire pit at all. It was nice to be able to walk directly to the beach though. "

"Would not recommend booking at this Hyatt. Way too many inconveniences. For starters out of only 2, there was only 1 elevator working and this property had 10 floors. So most of my vacation was spent waiting on the elevator. The steps weren’t an option the hotel locked the exit door to the steps stating it was a safety hazard so you were forced to wait 10-15 minutes for the 1 working elevator. My stay was for 4 nights and we never saw housekeeping. We had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and toilet tissue since the rolls our room came with were halfway used. This also required waiting on the 1 elevator to go downstairs. The parking is extremely tight so just expect for your car to have new dings and scratches. There are no microwaves in the room but the property said they provide a “community” microwave well it disappeared on my 2nd night being there and the front desk said it was broke and they did not replace it. This was a very disappointing trip and when I went to speak with the manger to see what plan they have in place for all the inconveniences I had this weekend I was told there was nothing they can do since I booked through a 3rd party. Very disappointing and the staff was really inconsiderate. "

"It was the perfect amount of space for our large family and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The home was beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and sofas. The pool room and game room are great touches and provided entertainment for all. I loved that check-out wasn’t extensive as some we’ve stayed in. I do feel the home would really benefit from a hot tub on the deck, as it was very cold a few of the days of our stay and would have been nice to have. We would book again in the future for our family gatherings. "

"The view is tough to beat. One of the best Hotels I’ve been to on the Atlantic offering ease to beach access. Staff is great, new pool great, free breakfast enough to get you started. 24/7 coffee and tea, great. Good times, not disappointed. Will be back. "
