"The location is beautiful, surrounded by trees, and the treehouses look fantastic. This was a trip we’d waited six years for after our original honeymoon was cancelled due to COVID, so we arrived expecting a special stay. Unfortunately, someone else was already in the treehouse we’d booked. "The host had given us the wrong apartment number so we ended up trying to get into the wrong apartment initially! The tedee app wasn't working for the apartment, so we had to call the host and arrange for a spare key to get in. This all took a long time, in the heatwave with elderly parents and children. A disappointing start. Once inside the apartment it was as described, although the sheets were stained on the double bed and there was very little bedding provided for the rest of us. The toilet...

"A little smaller than pictures had led us to believe but my wife and I very much enjoyed staying in this homely place for a week. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the oven and hob worked well. We enjoyed the roof top terrace when the weather was fine (though a heater and a rain cover suggest it could be used more often that we did), and there’s even a BT speaker if you want to play your music through that. It’s very convenient if you want to be in close to the heart of the...
