"The breakfast was amazing - set apart by the incredible views & the waffle & bagel stations. They even had a bottle of cava & bloody Mary’s to enjoy! Staff on reception are friendly & incredibly helpful. The location was excellent as short walking distance to Rai train station & a Metro station. I thought for the same amount of money it was better to stay just outside of the city in this gorgeously designed spacious hotel. I definitely made the right decision. "

"Room was clean, secure and comfortable. Looks exactly like it does in the pictures on the website. Staff, overall were helpful and professional. Think that the state of the outside of the building needs to be addressed. Not nearly as welcoming as the inside. The small fridges that are provided for each of the pods don’t seem to get cleaned out regularly enough. "

"The room was big enough but the sofa bed was not prepared when we arrive. The sofa bed also looked a bit thin and uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay but the area was small and busy. There was no service either. Also I feel we have been charged twice on a different card and all they can say is contacting our finance department—not helpful! "
