Location was fantastic! Room was clean, comfortable and the size was fine. The check-in staff were nice. Breakfast was okay, didn't realise upon booking that it's not a buffet but the same set menu every day. The breakfast attendants weren't really present either (so I couldn't ask them to fill up the empty tea selection on both days). I would stay here again but wouldn't bother with the breakfast inclusion.

Great hotel located within walking distance of all local attractions, as well as Utrecht Centraal (transit station). Staff was helpful and friendly, able to answer all of my questions. Breakfast was well worth the $6 or so extra (in addition to my room rental when I booked). Coffee/tea was available, and very good! It is on the square (a few restaurants/bars right outside) and can get a little loud outside late, so I would definitely recommend bringing ear plugs, or playing something on youtube (if that's something you do) to help you sleep better. Overall a great experience! Dank je wel!

Usb ports above bed did not work. Breakfast was amazing! Would have liked to see someone in person at the front desk when checking in rather than doing it on an ipad. Great to have free 24 hour bike garage 2 doors over from hotel entrance.

What a wonderful experience staying at this cosy, well appointed and tastefully designed hotel this stay was: friendly staff (with a special mention to Simone), comfy beds and luxury bedding, flavoursome breakfast and complete silence at night to ensure a deep slumber. I cannot wait to return.

The hotel was in the city center where you can find a lot of restaurants and a big mall beside. Another plus is the train station. You can enter the mall from one side and just walk in the mall going to the train station. A big cathedral is 5 mins.walk. The canal with all the nice restaurants is just 10mins walk from the hotel. The room was so clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.
