"PROs: Rooms are clean, coffee and water in the room are complimentary. Location in De Pijp is lovely. CONs: If you have an early arrival flight, don't expect to get your room before check in time at 3pm. The gym should not be advertised as a hotel amenity. It's a shared space with local personal trainers and not freely available to guests. Room A/C is a gamble. Ours crapped out after the first day. Staff attempted to reset it from the front desk controller. After two complaints, I had to...
