"Customer service was great. Breakfast was good—my daughter’s favorite is the waffles! Our room was okay; the toilet ring was broken, but I just put it back in place and didn’t report it. I’m a returning customer, and I continue to choose this hotel because the price is good and the rooms are decent."

"When we arrived, there was no mention of an AC problem. The room was at 77 all night. We ended up getting a refund because of the air. Also the windows that opened were extremely close to the floor, which a small child could fall out of. Not to mention there was a tornado warning and there was no plan in place for a tornado warning. The front desk would not give us a lot of information about the situation. Please never stay here, ended up having to change hotels at 2am. Worst experience you’ll ever have. "
