"The water in the shower was either cold or scalding it was hard to find a balance. I could smell the guests in the next room smoking an illegal substance. The staff were all very friendly and when we asked for an extra blanket they brought us one fresh from the laundry and still warm. We did not get a chance to use the pool or gym.
