6br/5b Beautiful Waterfront Lux Home w/ Ocean View
10/10 Excellent
"The property has an amazing view. We had 11 in our group and had plenty of room never felt crowded. The area is very quiet and private. We were able to do snorkeling in the canal and kayak as well. If your coming by boat this location has plenty of space for boats. I would recommend to bring sturdy ropes and big bumpers to tie the boat along the dock.
Antoinette is the host and Robert the property manager, they were very helpful with all of our needs. They provided us with helpful information and local recommendations.
We enjoyed Freeport we hope to visit soon again!

"We have been doing weekend trips on our boat from Stuart to the Bahamas. Mostly traveling with our family and taking another family. It’s been difficult getting reservations in the West End on short notice this summer so we decided to explore Freeport and found this listing. From booking to completing our overnight stay, Christine was fantastic and quickly responsive to questions. The booking comes with a dock slip that our 34ft boat easily fit into. (I think Christine said she had a boat up to 50ft that could fit in the slip.)The unit is on the 3rd floor of the condo and the view is of boat slip so you can quickly peek at your boat to see if it’s ok. Not that you needed to. The slips are at the end of a quiet canal and feels very safe there.Of interest, one mile to the east of the Xanadu canal is another canal that leads to the Xquiste catamaran center. In that marina is the Galley restaurant. You can dock your boat there while having dinner. Very convenient. The booking was fantastic. If you’re looking for a great place to stay traveling by boat in the Freeport area, you found it!"
"Fantastic property, we had a group of 10 guys, two boats, worked out great being very close to the inlet and nice calm canal to dock the boats. The main house was very spacious and well appointed, as well as the annex and canal house. Would definitely stay again, the versatility of being able to choose 4, 5 or 8 bedrooms really worked out for us. "
