"One of the best places to stay in the Black Hills. My husband, kids and I have stayed at many different locations in the area. Mountain Escape is our favorite. The location is perfect. Beautiful spot just a few miles outside of Deadwood, right on the snowmobile trails, and right next to the gas station to fuel up. The cabin is perfectly set up for our family. "Husband and I stayed for a week. Our dog loved the private cul de sac that was in the back of the house. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Kitchen well equiped. Super easy to get to Lead. Could walk it but its about 1/2 mile. Hostess was very responsive to a tv issue we had. Would definitelty stay there again. We trailered our ATV and there was plenty of room to park Suburban and trailer. Nice bonus to have a garage to keep our Side by Side in. Great trip! Page and Beth"
