"The Rose re-opened in May 2018 after a change of ownership and total re-vamp. It now has super chic and comfortable rooms, a great bar, wonderful breakfasts (I recommend the granola and steak and eggs) and top-notch service. It's right on the high street - surrounded by cool independent shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs, with plenty of parking a stone's throw away. I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else in Deal now. "

"A beautiful property in an excellent location. The decor is quirky and sophisticated, the open plan living area was both modern and to me, evocative of 1930s American Rhode Island! Comfortable beds with pillows to sink into, and lovely pure cotton bed linens. The bathrooms were well equipped and the attention to detail throughout was very high"
