Excellent customer service the rooms were very clean the only let down was the breakfast poor quality napkins also fruit and continental breakfast was very poor the English breakfast was good quality and plentiful they just have to up the other options as for the star establishment it lets it down

From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome from reception staff. The room was lovely, very comfortable and clean with a great sea view. The dining experience in their Coast Restaurant was also very good with attentive, friendly waiting staff and excellent food. A really great break away and beautifully positioned on the sea front, will definitely return!

I paid £20 each for breakfast for 3 of us staying at the hotel, had to wait over 25 minutes for 3 cups to have a cup of tea, which we didn’t get as we had to leave to catch the train, no bacon or scrambled egg was replenished during that time .when I went to reception to ask for my £60:00 refund I was told I would have to email the manager to request this. Very poor service from the staff
