"We loved our stay on Long Island at this home. It was very clean and had everything our family needed for our week long stay. We settled in to a routine of going out during the day to explore, then bringing back groceries in the afternoon to spend some time on kayaks or in the waters of the bay, followed by preparing and enjoying dinner at home. Reading a book on the patio in the early morning, stargazing at night and napping on the couches enhanced the relaxation effect. We loved having the kayaks, life jackets, beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. We visited a few different grocery stores but discovered Sea Wind Food Store and the Fish House in Mangrove Bush Settlement later in the week, which gave us greater variety. We also purchased breads from Erica's. One of our first activities upon arrival was an eco tour with Captain Charlie through It's All Under the Sun which included adorable swimming pig pics, snorkeling a reef and a plane, sandbar visit, fishing and freshly made conch salad. Dean's Blue Hole was as amazing as the pics; Bonacord Beach felt like our own secret beach and snorkel spot. Gordon's stole my heart: from a beautiful beach with chairs, to amazing time spent with Ernest and his sister at the beach bar and grill - he really did make "the best rum punch"."
