"We had a great stay at the house and it was well situated. The Owner was helpful and responsive to questions we had. We did have to use the rainwater storage and the instructions were flawless. Our only minor complaint was the fridge that had the owners food on the top shelf and in the door- we thought that this should’ve been stored elsewhere. The clothes in the closet were a lesser problem but we like to unpack our suitcases for a weeks stay. We really enjoyed our stay and many thanks to Todd. Highly recommend this Owner and the property. Also Long Island is fantastic!"

"This property exceeded our expectations! The house was well stocked with everything you need and things you didn’t know you need. This is the best beach in Long Island and the view out the front door is like a picture. The owners are very responsive and super friendly. I hope to rent here again!"

"The house was amazing, we couldn't have asked for anything else. It was extremely clean and very well maintained. The pictures don't do it justice.The beach is wonderful and just a short and easy walk from the house, which we enjoyed nightly. Bill was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We would definitely come back again!"
