"We had a wonderful stay at Scibblers Cottage. It was very well provisioned, cosy and clean. Woodbridge is a really great place to explore Suffolk from and Scribbler cottage is within walking distance everyhting you would need, pubs, shops, walks on the river and restaurants. "

Parking directly outside the house was a challenge most days but we could always find a space a short distance down the road. House is cozy, clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended -- we would definitely stay there again! One caution -- the stairs are extremely steep and would likely be a challlenge for anyone with mobility issues."

"The front of the house was not welcoming with a lot of dirty cobwebs around the window and door.The front door opened into the main living room which is the selling point of the property, it does have a wow factor with ingle nook fireplace and oak beamed walls but the sofas are old and uncomfortable and the large rug is very faded and rucks up and becomes a tripping hazard.The kitchen and bathroom are very dated (80s) and needing a complete refurbishment. "The property is very light, spacious and comfortable. The house is well equipped. The decor is contemporary a mixture of contemporary and antique. There was a generous starter back. The property is located just outside the village of Orford. "
