" Overall this hotel is very beautiful, staff are friendly, breakfast is very good. Room is spacious, but the floor in the bathroom is very slippery, we both slipped multiple times. We don’t like the very old way to open and lock the door. It’s kinda inconvenient. Hotel’s lobby is located close to the bottom of the hotel, not easy to find it when first time visit. We used the shared airport shuttle hotel offered, we paid €55 for two people. Shuttle stopped at post office. A porter carried luggages to hotel for us. We followed him walking a long way to hotel. Hotel is built along the hill, the view is stunning; Good spot for sunset this season. There’s one thing I’m not happy with. I booked a sea view suite for three nights, but I got a partial sea view room as the first picture I uploaded shows. I asked to change rooms, the front desk told me he couldn’t change it for me. I needed to send a request to the reservation department myself. At check-in, I paid local tax with my credit card, they still required to write down all my credit card information on paper. "

"This is quite small hotel, quiet rooms are away from the road, some requiring climbing stairs. Expect some aircraft noise. Free airport transfers. Wonderful staff, nice breakfast, bar by pool. Everywhere very clean. Walk to Mykonos old Town is downhill and for the fit. Taxis cost €10-15 each way. Fab view over the town and of sunsets"

Customer service is top notch, we absolutely hated our room upon check in and the manager was able to change our room into a much more stunning room. Their food tasted really amazing too. "This place was exceptional, it boasts of 5 star luxury and it was absolutely right! Stunning pools with outstanding views. The staff were unbelievable running hand and foot. Highly highly recommend this place, paradise and 18 mins from the old town, 10 mins from Anthony Quinn bay. Exceptional!!! "
