This suite is fully contained. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy. The historic Phelps Mansion is full of historic character from the original kitchen cabinets to the hardwood floors throughout the unit. There have been many updates through the rehab process and offers many modern amenities. This unit is a two bedroom with new Amish beds and very comfortable Queen mattresses. Located in the living room are two couches. One is an exceptionally comfortable Queen pull-out sleeper, the additional couch can be used to sleep the 7th guest. The kitchen is stocked with all kitchen wares; dishware, silverware, plates, bowls, pots, pans, bakeware, coffee pot, toaster, and microwave. (Serving for 6) Full size refrigerator and gas stove. Free Wi-Fi & cable. Large flat screen TV. Parking available.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this property! Great location, incredibly clean, comfortable beds, easy parking, well stocked kitchen, and wonderful decor! We were pleasantly surprised by an excellent shower as well! The property owners were very easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. This VRBO was fabulous! Perfectly located close to Luther college and walking distance to downtown Decorah. The check-in process was easy, and Bruce was excellent & quick with communication. We will definitely stay here again. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, comfortable beds and a wonderful washer & dryer. Also, it was super clean. It’s a very comfortable place to stay, and I highly recommended it!
