"We loved the home. It was as pictured and super spacious. The home is lovely and very neatly designed. The valet parking was nice and the wait time for the car wasn't bad. However, the building is older and has an odor that gave us headaches. That with the surroundings made us check out early. There are homeless people on the sidewalks close to the location and a park right across the street with questionable people. "This was a great option to be able to get two bedrooms. The courtyard was a tropical Oasis. I would recommend this property. If I'm ever back in Dallas I will be staying here. The location was great and the neighborhood was save and clean. We were walking distance to the whole Foods and coffee shop. There is a extremely cool old movie theater that was turned into a bowling alley just down the road as well. Top golf is a 8 minute drive and the conversation center is 4.7 miles away. "Who could it be knocking at my door!?!?! If this owner were singing on Oct 1st, this is the song that I am sure he was singing. Starting about 6 days prior to this rental, I started contacting the host to find out what the check-in process was. I sent a total of 3 emails, none of which were ever answered. I also tried to call the number listed on the advertisement, but all I ever got was a voicemail prompt. I left 2 messages - the day before and the day our rental was supposed to start. I...

"Great property. I was here on business and wanted somewhere to stay where I didn't have to eat out every night, as well as, felt comfortable to "spread out" with my stuff for a period of time. The location is excellent and went in the opposite direction of traffic every morning. :) The property grounds was peaceful and nice. In the middle of being updated, however, I wasnt using (on business), so didnt deter me. I will be staying in these units again for a month, as I was impressed."
