"The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! Arturo, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive—he made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We stayed with our two young kids, and the location was perfect for easily getting downtown and visiting all our favorite spots. The beds were very comfortable, and even as a ground-level unit, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was with great sound separation. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Dallas!"

"Not recommended if you’re looking for a kitchen equipped for use. Futon couches cannot be used for sleeping. A good property for adults looking for nightlife. Great restaurants within walking distance. Gorgeous rooftop area to relax. Not recommended for families with children."
