"Very disappointing experience. We had to wait more than 15 minutes for an elevator—even though there are four, it seemed like only two were actually working. On top of that, the elevator stopped oddly at multiple floors even without anyone pressing the buttons, which made the wait even worse. The room itself was acceptable, but the soundproofing was terrible. We could clearly hear conversations from the room next door—every word. To make matters worse, our neighbors were having a party and playing loud music at 11:00 PM, making it impossible to rest. Overall, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel."

"The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly. The facility and our room was very clean and spacious. I appreciated the coffee pot in the room though I didn't use it as there is a coffee machine in the lobby which is available 24 hrs and the coffee from it was very good. The shuttle to the airport was on-time. We were told they leave at 5:00 AM sharp and that's exactly what happened. The Shuttle driver was very friendly and assisted in loading our luggage. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return again."

"Room needs fixtures replaced. Towel holder not in good condition and bath tub spigot needs to be worked on. The door security latch is broken and the mattress is way too soft. Staff was very helpful."

"Food at restaurants were good staff was excellent. We’re they failed house keeping was terrible. Room was not cleaned until Sunday night after I went down to the front desk and talked to the manager on duty. They finally sent the supervisor and two ladies to clean our room. They did refund the fees for parking to make it right. Anyway we are one and done with this hotel. Don’t recommend it!"

"Zero stars if I could. Charged $50/day for parking just to stay in a room that was borderline uninhabitable. No fridge, loose jagged bathtub tiles (actual safety hazard), mold that looked painted over, and filthy, smelly carpet. Hotel was “full,” so staff did nothing. No fix, no relocation, no accountability—just excuses because we booked third-party. You’re not paying for a stay here—you’re taking a risk. Avoid."
