"We liked the hotel, although upon arrival they informed us that they didn't have our reservation. The good thing was that they had rooms available. The room they gave us was located on the fifth floor with a beautiful view of Calgary, but the lamps didn't work and the TV picture was poor—it was an old model. So we reported it and they moved us to another room on the second floor, and in that room everything worked perfectly and the TV was a smart TV."

"Staff were very rude. My husband was trying to book the airport shuttle and the front deck staff were incredibly rude and not helpful. Ended up taking a cab. Then he went to order food to take up to his room and the staff in the restaurant were rude also. Not wanting to take his order, making him wait a long time. Then throwing it on the counter when it was ready. Horrible service all around. We travel for work and stay in Calgary every month. Will not be returning to this hotel again. "
