"We really enjoyed our stay here, the property was well equipped with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. I do think the property does need updating a little and it would have been nice if the hot tub had been filled on arrival, the hot tub also needs a cover as unless you like cold feb rain wouldn’t have been enjoyable. "Communication was lacking on this booking. I didn’t receive an email beforehand with details of how to obtain key to the property, after reaching out i did get it just in time for our arrival. The cottage was plenty big enough for 4 of us but we found that the cleanliness was not up to our standards. Plenty of dust on all skirting boards behind beds etc, the sofas were really uncomfortable & sagging & there was not enough hot water for us all to have a shower in the mornings, let alone a...

"needed a well needed rest after a busy year.After a long search of hotels around york we found this beautiful cottage just outside york,and needless to say it was just what we needed.lovely cottaged estate.we booked the 3 bedroomed cottage,fairview i think it was called.beautiful inside and out.no expense spared on the inside,very relaxing.we are already thinking about booking next year.would highly recommend."
