"The hotel is right off the freeway and easy to find. The staff welcomed me right away and very courteous. I stayed here to attend BTS concert and I was very surprised to see that they had decorated the entire hotel with BTS theme. It shows that they care about their guests. The breakfast was simple was good. I loved their water machine and coffee machine available 24/7 in the lobby and cute little market with snacks, beverages, and travel essentials. Thank you for your hospitality."

"We came in for the BTS concert, I am so grateful my reservations were not cancelled , I so appreciate this hotel so much. This was happening to many all over EP. The rooms may not be updated but they were clean and super comfortable! The AC was super cold just like I like it. The commentary breakfast was super yummy and the staff was working so hard refilling everything for us lol. Thank you so much!!!!"

"The host ended up double booking us during the BTS concert and mistakenly thought we were the other guest checking in. Everything was sorted out, due to us already entering and settling down in the home. I personally would be wary of getting canceled on or double booked if you're staying during a sold out concert like BTS.Besides that hiccup, the home was extremely pleasant to stay in. The view was beautiful at night and the home was extremely spacious. The host was also quick to communicate and resolve the issue we had. I would recommend staying here."

"We checked in around five and were asked to have a last-minute $100 cash deposit, despite already paying for the room which is kind of understandable with all the traffic going in and out of the motel. We were then greeted by a stuffy room, stained sheets, and blankets, a bathroom ceiling covered with black mold, and a fridge that was not cleaned out and contained old drinks from previous people."

"The pictures on their site are misleading. This is NOT what the hotel looks like. It is run down and disgusting. I paid a fortune to stay there, only because all the hotels were sold out due to a BTS Concert, and several other festivals over the weekend. It was 100% not worth the money. I slept with my clothes and shoes on due to the unsanitary conditions. The TV would only work for 10-15 minutes at a time, and then had to be turned on again. And, the smell was horrendous. This is the first time I left a hotel hours before my flight was due to take off, just to get out of that room. Stay Away at All Costs...!"
