"Great pools, service, food, rooftop, bedding, balcony and boat/beach access was icing on the cake! I felt all a good value for the price. Plus had a surprise on steel drum entertainment by pool on Sunday - so fun! Lots of outdoor space to take in the surrounding water and greenery. A bit of a drive to downtown Naples, but if you aren’t planning on doing that every day - The Perry is your place! Wonderful the iconic Bay House restaurant is right next door."

"This place was fantastic it had everything you needed just like you were at home. Neil answered everything we ask in a very short time. The pool was a bonus the Beach and grocery stores and all the restaurant's that you could imagine were just a short drive away. Neil had all the amenity's you would need for the Beach. We would love to stay again it was wonderful."

"We had a fabulous vacation with our family. This house was a perfect fit for us. It had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, towels , linens and plenty of space Our grandkids loved the pool and putting green as did we. We ate most of our meals out in the lanai as it was a great space and we enjoyed the weather. We used the bikes to check out the area. Vanderbilt beach area had everything we needed to access. I can’t say enough about the property and how it was everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Jen the property manager was awesome. A phone call or text away fromAny questions we had.
