"This house, host and location were ideal for my trip. The grocery was close and the area felt more like a normal town vs a tourist trap. The beaches were close and we were even able to go to Sanibel easily. The host was great, making sure I had the check-in information well in advance and checking in during the stay. I have never had a host that had such a well stocked staples (spices/oil) selection, or one that left a tide pod so we could do laundry. The garage was a gold mine in beach supplies. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, wagon, etc. The book of recommendations was also very helpful. "

"Everything was terrific from the beautiful rooms, 2 pools, excellent and helpful staff to the breakfast bar in the morning. There are shuttles by van and boat to the beaches abs other locations. The new Tigress restaurant and outdoor bar were a perfect way to end the day. "

"We had a lovely 10night stay at this property. The house was as described in the listing and had everything we needed for a family holiday. The pool area was a highlight for us and the host was able to accommodate our requests for use of the spa in timely manner. We appreciated that the garage was stocked with beach equipment and bikes. The beach was a lovely 20minute walk/ 5min cycle from the house. We have stayed in multiple rentals over the years and the communication with the owner is by far the best we have experienced. I would not hesitate to book this property again."

"This place was fantastic it had everything you needed just like you were at home. Neil answered everything we ask in a very short time. The pool was a bonus the Beach and grocery stores and all the restaurant's that you could imagine were just a short drive away. Neil had all the amenity's you would need for the Beach. "We had a fabulous vacation with our family. This house was a perfect fit for us. It had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, towels , linens and plenty of space Our grandkids loved the pool and putting green as did we. We ate most of our meals out in the lanai as it was a great space and we enjoyed the weather. We used the bikes to check out the area. Vanderbilt beach area had everything we needed to access.
